The campaign train of Comrade Philip Ejiogu proceeded to ulakwo where a courtesy visit was made to HRM Eze Nnanna Oparachiekwe Ksm (Ebubedike II of ulakwo) where he received full authority and blessings from the Eze
The train finally arrived the venue where crowd people of ulakwo were waiting.
He addressed the crowd and urged them to come out,come 9th march and perform their civic rights.He assured the people that the time of old and bad leadership in our constituency has ended.
