About Me

My name is Philip Chukwuma Ugwumsinachi Ejiogu. I am a native of Umuakuru Emekuku in Owerri North LGA of Imo State, born into the family of Sir & Lady Ambrose Ejiogu. I had my secondary and tertiary education at Maria Mater Ecclesiae Seminary Nguru Mbaise and Federal University of Technology Owerri (Electrical Electronics Engineering) respectively. While I was a student, I held various leadership positions: Senior Prefect at the Seminary and Director of Socials at FUTO. I graduated with good grades. I have worked as an Electrical Engineering supervisor in various Engineering outfits and finally got appointed as the S.A on projects to the House of Rep member on labour and productivity, Hon. Ezenwa Onyewuchi. At this point, I got fully prepared for the legislative job that I have come out to contest. My emergence as the candidate of PDP is a reflection of the yearning of our party members for a capable hand to effectively drive the legislative process for Owerri North. It was widely acclaimed to be the most free and fair primary election conducted by our party so far.
